GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law-enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

 

TO PURCHASE FIREARMS ONLINE:

Buyer must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. (21 for either in CA) Check your local & state laws for further restrictions. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order. 

  1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from KOVERT meet your state, county, or city firearm laws. KOVERT is not responsible and cannot refund you if a purchasing error is made.

  2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail.If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing your order please email [email protected]

  3. Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

    • Please make sure you write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us for easy reference.

    • If you choose a FFL not on the above mentioned link, have them e-mail a file copy of their FFL to us at [email protected]

  4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from KOVERT This transaction is soley between you and the FFL holder and KOVERT is not responsible for the firearm once it leaves our facility.

    5. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up. KOVERT cannot inform you when it arrives.

Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

 

DEPOSITS

Deposit for standard pre-order guns are non-refundable, but can be used as store credit if you want to choose another gun. If a deposit is left beyond 90 days and your gun is in stock, not picked up or is cancelled you will forfeit the deposit. Custom order guns are non-refundable. 

 

RETURNS

Restocking fee of 25% not counting any fees paid for change of order, return of order, denial of DROS or order of non-rostered gun for CA residents. If you place an order for a firearm that firearm is ordered for you. If you cancel, for any reason, you will be charged a restocking fee since the firearm was ordered for you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 35%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

LAYAWAYS

Deposits are non-refundable. Customer has 60 Days to pay off balance once firearm is in stock.

 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

All items on this website are subject to change without notice. This includes item availability, one-of-a-kind items, and pricing.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that KOVERT will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog. 

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly once in-stock from our warehouse within 3 – 10 business days using UPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS.

TRANSFERS

We can ship to your FFL. Transfers are $100 plus CA DROs.
